About NJ MET

NJ MET's main laboratory is located in Clifton NJ.  In addition, NJ MET has sales offices in Los Angeles, Denver, Tokyo, Toronto, Tel Aviv, and London. Joseph Federico is based in the NJ MET Clifton NJ office.

Component counterfeiters are using increasing sophisticated engineering for their fake parts and testing companies like NJ MET have to keep up with equally sophisticated engineering to spot the fake components.  NJ MET is constantly monitoring industry trends and standards to improve the quality and accuracy of their tests.

In addition to their Mission Imposter® Counterfeit Component Testing Program, NJ MET provides a full range of testing and screening services for electronic components.  NJ MET has a staff of trained engineers, supervised by Joseph Federico.

NJ MET Inc. is AS9100/ISO9001:2008 certified and has recently successfully completed The Defense Logistic Agency’s (DLA) laboratory suitability assessment and is qualified to test federal stock classes (FSC) 5961 (Semiconductor Devices) and FSC 5962 (Microcircuits) to DLA’s QTSL test requirements.

NJ MET Inc is also registered with GIDEP, SAE International, ERAI, ASTM, ITAR, IEEE, and ANSI/ESD20.20 and has received and A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. Our employees have hands on training in the Counterfeit Components Avoidance Workshop by The Components Technology Institute Inc.
